Many have heard such a not very clear word "styer". Who is this? What does he do? Not everyone knows the answers to these questions. Someone will recall that the name is somehow connected with sports: athletics or cycling. Someone will argue and say that with psychology. So who is right?

Another important difference - in sprinters and styers, various muscle groups are involved and their different qualities are trained to overcome the distance. The physique is also very different, which is very clearly visible in competitions: pumped-up athletes with relief muscles go 100 meters, and lean, literally skin and bones go 3,000 meters or more.

The concepts of "styer" and "sprinter" are so firmly established in everyday life that they began to be used not only in sports. Now such concepts exist in psychology. They indicate strategies for behavior in everyday life and to achieve a goal.

Of course, the sprinter and the styer are 2 extreme points. In their pure form, they are rare. And in life it is necessary to use both tactics in order to succeed. On the one hand, you need to be able to make a breakthrough in order to start something new, on the other hand, to calculate strength so that you don’t abandon a brilliant idea in a couple of days.
