Kidney stones occur primarily due to metabolic disorders. Drinking water containing a large amount of calcium salts is one of the causes of urolithiasis, since salts precipitate to form stones. The cause of their occurrence can be foods rich in mineral salts, as well as stagnation of urine in the kidneys, bladder, ureters or their inflammation. Because of these diseases, the kidneys cannot cope with their functions, that is, promptly remove unnecessary metabolic products, and all body systems will be in jeopardy. And if a kidney stone does appear, treatment should be started immediately.
The origin of the stones can be different, and in their composition they differ in uric acid, oxalate, calcium phosphate, cystine. Sometimes stones can reach very large sizes and even repeat the renal pelvis itself .
Most often, stones form in the kidneys, but their movement can occur either in the ureters or in the bladder. The location of the stone affects the development of urolithiasis. For example, being in a kidney, a stone causes aching pain in the lumbar region, and many take it for a cold-type pain, and, of course, try to take the appropriate drugs on their own. Meanwhile, the kidney stone, the treatment of which was started incorrectly, continues to progress, causing the expansion of the renal pelvis, inflammation of the kidney tissue. The presence of a stone causes frequent and painful urination (they are called cutting), and a lot of physical activity can provoke a stone wound to the mucous membrane and thereby cause bleeding. If the stone enters the urethra, there is a danger of obstruction of the outflow of urine. This is accompanied by severe pain (renal colic), nausea, vomiting, bloating, and fever. The presence of stones in both kidneys can cause a complete blockage of the urethra and a cessation of urine output. The danger of this phenomenon is great, since the accumulation of toxic products that appear as a result of metabolic disorders in the body can lead to poisoning.
With the help of ultrasound, you can detect a stone in the kidney, begin treatment with determining the nature of the stone, studying x-rays of the urinary canals, introducing radiopaque substances into the bloodstream.
However, there are such cases that for several years the stones do not manifest themselves in any way. They are called clinically insignificant, not impairing renal function. But sooner or later they will nevertheless make themselves felt. Therefore, a kidney stone, the treatment and observation of which should be controlled by a urologist, should not be ignored.
There are many recipes that tell about how to remove kidney stones from folk remedies. One of them is as follows. String beans in the amount of one kilogram are taken, poured with one liter of water. For fifteen minutes, all this needs to be boiled. Drink the broth three times a day for half a glass before eating. Gradually, the dissolution of the stones occurs.
One of the effective treatments for this disease is horsetail. You need to take a full tablespoon of dry horsetail and insist in a glass of boiling water for twenty minutes. Then strain the infusion and drink on an empty stomach in the morning. Forty minutes later, you can eat. This tincture should be taken daily for two to three months. Horsetail very well contributes to the softening of kidney stones, turning them ultimately into sand. The excruciating pains accompanying urolithiasis gradually subside and then disappear altogether. And the resulting sand will begin to come out easily and simply.
There is another way to help remove kidney stones. You need to drink pumpkin juice, always freshly squeezed, one glass 3 times a day. The positive effect is not long in coming.
