To obtain such curls, you need to keep the curling iron in an upright position. The strands are wound in a spiral. After this, you need to wait a bit for them to cool, and only then proceed to the hairstyle.
Spirals can be directed to the face from one or both sides at once. If the strand is curled to the right, then the electric tongs should be kept with the handle down, and the hair curled, from the lock to the end. On the left, the forceps are held with the handle up, and the curls are wound from the end. After curling, the hair is not combed, but is laid in the hairstyle and fixed with varnish.
Horizontal way
With this method, you need to keep in mind the following: the longer you hold the curling iron inside the curls, the curls will turn out more springy and stronger.
The technique down is suitable for creating different hairstyles. Small light curls and round, heavy ones will turn out equally well.
One strand is detached and pulled at an angle of ninety degrees.

Electric tongs open, bring to the curl and clamp between the groove and the roller. Then they are carried along the strands slowly and carefully, from the roots to the ends, warming the hair in this way. The tip is not released, but left clamped.
Next, the strand is wound to the roots, holding a comb at the base of the head so as not to get burned.
Hold the curling iron in this position for up to seven seconds.
Open the tongs and release the strand.
Technique up is another styling - large curls and large waves. Most often it is used in conjunction with other methods.
All the actions here are the same as in the previous method. The difference is only in the third paragraph, when the strand must be clamped so that the groove is located below. Then the roller will be at the top.
Using the technique of "eight" get spiral strands. During curling the curl, its end will be in the middle of the electric forceps. Curls become really strong when such styling is performed. Curls on medium and long hair will look very impressive.
