Childhood and youth
Sofya Pavlova, whose films will be examined later, was born on December 22, 1926 in the village of Babynino, Yaroslavl Region. Our heroine was born in a large family. The father of the future actress worked all his life in a printing office. Mother devoted time to raising two daughters and four sons.
The family of little Sofia Pavlova lived in almost complete poverty. A depressing atmosphere reigned in the house, to put it mildly. Therefore, a talented girl had no time to think about high art.
After graduating from the 8th grade of the school, Sofia Pavlova got a job in typewriting courses, planning to become a stenographer. After graduating, the girl began to go to work in one of Moscow's printing houses, where she got thanks to her father’s connections. Then our heroine was admitted to a teacher training college, after which she taught in elementary grades for several years. Sofya Pavlova managed to combine such a rich employment with comprehension of stage skills in a drama circle. The result was the firm intention of the girl to become an actress.
Theatrical activity
In 1948, Sofya Pavlova, at the first attempt, entered the State Institute of Theater and Satire. Upon graduation, the young artist joined the troupe of the Yermolova Theater. Here, the actress from the first days everything turned out just wonderful. She regularly received a place in plays from the theater’s popular repertoire. Due to his high growth, good figure and bright, remarkable appearance, Sofya got predominantly leading roles. Among the most successful works with the participation of the actress, it is worth noting such performances as “Pushkin”, “Running”, “Eternally Alive”, “Last Summer in Chulimsk”, “Made a Miracle”.
Filming a movie
The first film for Sofia Pavlova was the tape "Communist", which was released on wide screens in 1957. The young artist here got the image of a simple village girl named Anyuta. The actress managed to organically integrate into the image, which required the manifestation of a powerful temperament. Thanks to the creation of an ideal duet with actor Yevgeny Urbanovsky, our heroine declared herself to the whole country as an excellent performer of the roles of a dramatic role.

Personal life
Even while studying at the theater institute, the actress began an affair with a student Pavel Shalnov. Soon the young people got married. After graduation, the couple regularly appeared on the same stage during performances at the Yermolova Theater. However, the marriage was not destined to last long. After several years of living together, Shalnov exchanged his wife for another theater actress - Ivetta Kiseleva.
During the divorce, Pavlova was pregnant. During one of the performances, she had a miscarriage. The cause of the misfortune was the constant moral upheaval, as well as the need to appear on stage in an overly tight suit that squeezed the stomach. After this, the actress was not able to give birth to a child.
The second time, Sofia married the outstanding theater artist Yuri Myshkin. The latter remained for her a faithful companion of life until her death. The husband supported his wife in old age, when she was diagnosed with a serious cancer.
Sophia Pavlova died on January 25, 1991. Despite the terrible ailment that had to be fought day after day, the actress continued to go on stage to the last, delighting the audience with her wonderful performances.
