Tripper: symptoms and effective treatment

Gonorrhea in common people was called a tripper. Symptoms of this disease not only bring a lot of inconvenience to the patient, but also require timely medical attention.

So, gonorrhea is characterized by a venereal disease due to the activity of the gonococcus microbe, which affects the mucous membranes of the genitourinary system. If we talk about the transmission method, then this pathology is most often transmitted sexually, but contact infection through household items also takes place, although this phenomenon is extremely rare due to the instability of gonococci in the external environment. In some clinical pictures, a person does not suspect that he has a characteristic disease, possessing strong immunity to tripper, but this does not mean that he is not a source of infection.

The tripper, whose symptoms begin to manifest in a couple of days in the affected body, requires timely treatment. Before treatment, it is necessary to diagnose this disease. The incubation period in the female body lasts from 5 to 10 days, and in the male - from 2 to 5 days. At the end of this period, the signs of tripping become apparent.

If we talk about the male body, then the patient first experiences sensations of heat, itching, and burning in the penis, which are especially intensified during urination. In addition, sticking and redness of its outer hole is possible. Also, the early stage of the disease is accompanied by moderate discharge from the urethra, mainly gray. However, after a couple of days, the gonorrhea begins to rapidly progress, the symptoms of which are already causing great concern. So, once scarce discharge becomes more abundant and acquire a thick consistency and a greenish tint, and a painful erection can occur at night. It should also be noted that the lack of timely treatment can complicate the course of the disease and entail its chronic form, which can trigger the development of a disease such as gonorrhea arthritis.

If we talk about the female body, then the tripper and its symptoms in most clinical pictures remain invisible. Thus, purulent vaginal discharge, burning and itching in the perineum, cutting pain and frequent urges during urination disappear quickly and imperceptibly, and in the absence of alarming symptoms, the risk of a chronic course of tripper disease increases significantly. Symptoms practically do not bother a woman, which contributes to an ascending purulent lesion of female reproductive organs. This pathological process is accompanied by the appearance of adhesions, as a result of which the fallopian tube becomes clogged, becoming thereby impassable for the egg and sperm, which leads to infertility. The accumulation of pus in the tubes causes pain in the lower abdomen and lower back, in addition, such purulent formations are intensively absorbed into the blood, contributing to intoxication. The menstrual cycle is also lost, distinguished by the abundance of blood secretions and the irregularity of the arrival of the next menstruation.

If you suspect a tripper, whose symptoms are pronounced, you should immediately contact a specialist who, through laboratory tests, will accurately make the final diagnosis. After that, the doctor selects a special treatment course that both sexual partners must undergo. It is important to understand that only a knowledgeable specialist can productively eliminate gonorrhea through intensive combination therapy, which includes the use of characteristic medications, including immunomodulators, as well as the implementation of certain physiotherapeutic procedures.

In general, in most cases a positive clinical outcome is observed.
