Each of us wants to drive a car, but for this you need to go through such a mandatory procedure as obtaining a driver’s license. Probably, it’s no secret to anyone that rights can be bought for a certain amount and not strain. What if there is no money, but a certificate is still needed? There is a solution: pass an exam for a driver’s license.
What is needed for this?
First, come of age. Obtaining a driver’s license is, of course, possible only after reaching the age of 18.
Secondly, take training courses. For the receipt of category A, as well as B, delivery without courses is allowed, but this law is going to be repealed in the near future.
Thirdly, you need a medical certificate for a driver’s license, which concludes that physical health will not prevent you from driving any kind of vehicle.
The following documents will also need to be submitted:
- Statement.
- Passport.
- A receipt confirming the payment of fees.
What is an exam?
After training in the courses, you will need to pass an internal exam in which you will need to, for example, describe the operation of the engine (or any other auto device). Then you will be allowed to pass the rules of the road, where you need to answer 20 questions, making no more than 2 errors, and only then a driving test will be held . If all the steps are completed without problems, you will receive a certificate.
Obtaining a driver’s license occurs in traffic police units. Rights can be of two types:
- national;
- international.
The first type is issued for a certain period of time - 10 years, and such rights are valid only in the territory of the Russian Federation. The second type is valid on the territory of the countries of the Vienna and Geneva Conventions, and is executed in the language of the state in which they were issued.
Categories of rights, as well as their subcategories:
A - issued to persons from 16 years of age for driving mopeds and motorcycles.
A1 - "light motorcycles."
B - issued to persons over 18 years of age, it is allowed to drive machines that do not exceed the permissible weight norm of 3500 kg.
B1 - ATVs and other similar equipment.
C - issued to persons from 18 years old, allows driving cars weighing 3,500 kg or more.
In order to leave and move freely abroad, you need to get a new international driver's license or pay a considerable fine. In this regard, traffic police convincingly advise you to issue it before you go abroad. In addition, it is worth remembering that not all countries of the Vienna Convention apply our traffic rules. Australia, the USA and some other countries have their own laws that must be observed, otherwise big problems can arise. For the slightest violation, you can lose your driver’s license or be fined.
When going abroad, do not forget that the validity period of the VU determines the country in which you are located. At the end of their validity, it is necessary to take an exam to obtain a driver’s license again.
Good luck! Be careful on the roads and follow the rules of the road, which will save you money and possibly even save your life.
