North Asia is Russian territory, and foreign Asia, of course, does not belong to it. Developed countries of foreign Asia and their capital

Among the most highly developed countries in the world is Singapore (the capital is Singapore). This is a small island state with a high standard of living, which is mainly engaged in the production of electronics for export.
