Football player childhood
Alexander Zotov was born on August 27, 1990 in the city of Askiz, which is located in the Republic of Khakassia. Alexander's father worked all his life on the railroad, and his mother worked as a primary school teacher at a low- grade school. Alexander also has an older brother, Konstantin, whose age difference is four years. Life in Askiz was hard, and at the family council a decision was made to move to another region. The choice then fell on the young city of Neryungri, which is located in Yakutia. But life in a new place was not easy either. The family was forced to huddle in the school for a while, until Alexander's mother was allocated a dormitory room. Nevertheless, Alexander Zotov considers his childhood to be the best. The footballer often spoke in an interview with warmth about those times.
Sports career
Speaking as a midfielder, Alexander rightly recognizes the start of his career as part of the red and white Moscow Spartak. For the first time, he played for him in November 2008 in a friendly game with France, which became his debut. The fall of the same year was marked for the football player by participating in 3 matches of the UEFA Cup together with representatives of the football clubs Dynamo, NEC and Tottenham. The second significant game of the main team of Spartak against Siberia took place on July 21, 2010 and was the best for both Zotov himself and his colleagues in the field.
