I. Weightlifting can be practiced individually or in groups.
Of course, it is better to engage in some organized groups or specialized sections. But many working people are not always able to attend gyms at certain times due to the specifics of work, they have to deal with individually. This is not so difficult, because a lot of space is not needed for this sport. And the training plan can simply be taken in gyms.
II. The process of doing the exercises is simple.
All exercises that are included in the list of must-haves at competitions do not have much difficulty. This is a push of two weights, a bench press of one weight, a jerk of one weight. The only thing that changes here is that the weight of the weight increases. It’s easy to master these exercises, since you don’t need to do any movements and difficult maneuvers, as in other sports. In practice, it is clear that an athlete can master all the equipment and rules for performing exercises for about 5-6 months of training. And after eight months, it is easy to comply with the standards of kettlebell lifting.
III. In terms of material costs, kettlebell lifting can be called the cheapest.
If we compare this sport with other types, it is easy to understand that the material support here is not so voluminous. Kettlebell is a durable sports equipment. The athlete’s uniform is simple: a shirt and shorts and any sports shoes. This can be called an important factor compared to other sports where a lot of money is spent on the clothes of athletes. But in order to achieve a result defined in kettlebell lifting, it is necessary not only to lift a kettlebell, but also to engage in sports necessary for the overall development of muscle mass. These include simple running and skiing, as well as various exercises for flexibility, i.e. this will require certain material costs.
IV. There are practically no injuries in this sport and there is no age limit either.
Serious injuries do not happen, but there are such as muscle strain, skin breakage on the palms, but these are trifles. The age run among people involved in this sport is quite large. Kettlebell lifting does not require large physical investments, standards must be passed to obtain a discharge.
