Alcoholism is rightfully considered the “No. 1 killer” in modern society. And there is every reason for this. In one way or another, the causes associated with addiction to alcohol constitute a percentage of the absolute majority in the sad mortality scale. It is generally accepted that an alcoholic is a certain deserted personality of a homeless species who collects bottles for a “sober bum”. But alas, this is far from the case. And quite decent people suffer from addiction, but not everyone is able to admit even to himself that he does not control the drink. The fact is that alcoholism is a disease classified by the ICD (International Classification of Diseases) as deadly chronic. Like any other, it has its stages and is not noticeable at first, but it is not easier for those suffering from it, since it is steadily progressing. “Beer” alcoholism is especially dangerous, which is widespread among young people, including due to the obsessive, uncontrolled advertising of beer, as well as female (its type is office), associated with the systematic use of doses of alcohol. The main signs of alcoholism are the disappearance of aversion to alcohol in the case of taking large doses and the desire in the morning to "heal" with a glass or two to "cheer up". Absolute signs of persistent alcoholization of a person are the formation of binges, when a person for a long time (from several days to months) uses alcohol, losing social adaptation.
To date, there is no pathogenetic treatment of alcoholism. Official medicine can only offer detoxification and coding, as well as the stitching of drugs that cause alcohol intolerance. But, firstly, these are temporary methods that do not remove the craving for alcohol in the future, and secondly, it is dangerous to health until death in the event of a "breakdown".
Fortunately, there is a cure for alcoholism by folk remedies, which can give very good results with the right and persistent approach. Alternative treatment of alcoholism in some cases can be carried out even without the knowledge of the patient himself.
If a person decisively "tied up", then the treatment of alcoholism with folk remedies can be carried out, for example, with the help of such a special herb gathering that removes cravings for alcohol: take dried creeping thyme in the amount of 4 teaspoons, one teaspoon of grass is added to it wormwood and centaury. The resulting mixture is poured with two hundred milliliters of boiling water, wrapped in a warm rag and left to infuse. After 3-4 hours, the finished infusion is filtered and consumed by 2 tables. spoons before each meal. Reception must be carried out for a long time, 3-4 months, but a decrease in cravings and an improvement in overall well-being begin already on the 3rd-5th day of use.
Another treatment for alcoholism by folk methods is based on the use of alcohol tinctures from the root of a lovage or laurel tree, which are quite easy to get. Their action is based on the formation of aversion to alcohol after taking in small quantities.
One of the radical methods that the treatment of alcoholism with folk remedies offers is the use of a decoction of the grass of the pluna (or ram). But in this case, extreme care must be taken, since the plant is poisonous. A decoction of ram for the formation of a persistent aversion to alcohol is taken 100 milliliters per empty stomach and prepared as follows: 10 grams of grass is poured with a glass of water and boiled for fifteen minutes. After the broth has cooled, it is ready for use. It is necessary to apply it as soon as possible while it is still fresh. After taking, any dose of alcohol causes vomiting and forms a negative alcohol reflex.
But no matter how radical the treatment of alcoholism with folk remedies is, the key to success is an integrated approach that includes medical methods and motivating the patient to desire a complete rejection of alcohol by psychotherapeutic methods.
