Productive ECG excavators are mining caterpillar equipment used in the development and loading of minerals, rocks and mine workings. The machine is also used during loading operations at transshipment bases and warehouses, and is involved in cyclic-continuous production. Device and basic mechanisms
ECG excavators are equipped with a body, a swinging frame, an arrow, a quarry bucket of various volumes and tracks. In addition, a lower frame and a two-level rack are provided. The mining machine is made of high strength steel, operates in various climatic conditions.
The main elements of the working bucket include the front and rear wall, bottom, side elements and rocker. The housing interacts with the rest of the working parts by means of special fingers. The steel handle through the provided connecting parts passes into the boom, which is equipped with pressure blocks and a winch mechanism. On the turntable, not only an arrow is mounted, but also a speaker unit, an electrical circuit, body parts and racks. The operator’s cabin completes the exterior of the machine.

The brake unit of the pressure and rotary mechanisms, as well as the winch, operates due to the compressed air flow from the compressor. The undercarriage is equipped with a hydraulic system that adjusts the operation of the clutch shift of tracks and running brakes.
Power point
The ECG quarry excavator is equipped with pressure, lift, turn and stroke mechanisms. The bucket is opened by means of DC motors. Other auxiliary elements are powered by variable type motors. The main units receive energy through converting generators and step-down transformers.

The mass of this huge equipment is 373 tons. The machine is able to go up to elevations of more than ten degrees, while maintaining all operating parameters.
An upgraded version of this series is an excavator under the index ECG-8-US. It is equipped with a longer boom, processes ledges at high altitudes, and is also adapted for loading products on dump trucks and railway cars. The machine has a 10 cubic meter bucket. m, can lift loads weighing up to 110 tons. The unit is distinguished by reliability, stability and good maneuverability.
