Fortunately, today there is special equipment designed to facilitate and accelerate the processing of goods. One of these units, designed to optimize warehouse operations, is a hydraulic trolley (rockla), which we will talk about in this article. All its features and parameters will be considered.

Rockla hydraulic got its name in our country thanks to the Finnish company Rocla. It was this company in the 1960s that began to import its machines in the USSR. This is not to say that the Finnish manufacturer was one of a kind. Similar equipment was also supplied to the Soviet Union by Bulgarian manufacturers, who, unfortunately, began to produce poor quality cars over time. At the same time, the Finns did not face the dirt and continued to produce their carts at a high level. Today, Rocla products are warehouse equipment characterized by reliability, quality and optimal value.

The maintenance staff does not need to have special skills and knowledge in order to use this highly efficient machine. Scissor rookles are more likely to lift objects than to transport them. Structurally, this trolley is more like a lifting table, which has the ability to adjust the height. This technique has the function of both electronic and manual lifting options, and is also equipped with a brake system. It is extremely important to use such rokls on a flat underlying surface in order to exclude the possibility of them toppling over at the moment of work. The lifting height of this trolley is about 800 millimeters, and the load indicator is within one ton.

Rockla, equipped with long forks, provides the ability to transport bulky goods across the warehouse. Using such a unit, it is possible to lift objects located on pallets or pallets without any problems. Forks can have a length of up to two meters, which, in turn, allows you to transport a couple of pallets immediately. At its cost, this trolley is a product related to the equipment of the middle price segment.
Low profile design
These models of hydraulic trolleys are ideal for transporting the so-called Euro pallets. In addition, such pallets can also serve American pallets. Forks in these carts rise above the floor at a height of only 35 mm, while the maximum lift is 200 mm.
Wide pitchfork
Rohli with widely spaced forks serve for intensive use. Such carts are capable of serving non-standard, oversized items and goods that have non-standard packaging. The body and chassis of the Rockley are made of especially durable material, which guarantees the safety of the planned work. The distance between the forks can be 850 mm.

Stainless steel carts are used where there is an aggressive environment: high humidity, acids, alkalis, salts. Models for transporting rolls have forks with a triangular section. Machines with high maneuverability are equipped with rollers for lateral movement, which allows the trolley to drive sideways between obstacles.
