in case of poisoning. A teaspoon of Althea root should be filled with half a glass
boiling water and insist for about half an hour. Tea is an excellent remedy,
made from ginger root powder. First aid for food poisoning may include taking a decoction of flax seeds or rice. Reception of green tea or mountain ash decoction is also useful.
The elimination of toxins from the body is facilitated by tinctures of astragalus, echinacea and eleutherococcus, as well as seaweed in tablets or powders. Patients are advised not to lie down but walk more, as toxins are excreted not only through the kidneys, but also through the skin with sweat. Useful shower in order to wash off the products of poisoning from the skin. It is extremely useful to visit the sauna or bath.
Chinese medicine advises in case of food poisoning to conduct several sessions of special massage. The patient can conduct it on his own. or in the microwave. Spoiled foods tend to smell bad,
therefore, before eating, you should evaluate its smell. Should not be consumed
dairy and meat products, if they were outside the refrigerator for more than two
hours.
