A large role in ensuring the necessary level of work of the team, in addition to a good organization of working conditions, appropriate wages and timely payment, play various kinds of incentives. In such a situation, an employer who wants to support employees morally can develop their own types of incentives. So, it can be included in the reserve for promotion, referral to special seminars, exhibitions and conferences, creating more comfortable working conditions. But a certificate of honor or, for example, a certificate confirming the status of "Best Employee" will not be superfluous.

A certificate of honor to the hero of the day will bring a lot of joy and show that he is part of a team that not only appreciates his diligent work, but also knows him as a person.

A rational system of incentives for workers is an important factor for the success of a company. It is logical that the employer can give the right to the heads of structural units (workshops or departments) to apply low-cost incentive measures to employees - such as the payment of small one-time bonuses, early withdrawal of foreclosure.
