The special drama of the film is masterfully conveyed by the actors. “The Dolphin Story” is a film about human compassion, love for our younger brothers, a desperate attempt to challenge circumstances, human kindness and mercy. As we have already said, a win-win scenario is taken as the basis of the project. However, the idea of the picture could not have taken place without the real main character - the Dolphinich Winter. It shows the audience a vivid example of the fact that not only people have an unquenchable thirst for life, not only people are able to adapt to various circumstances. Many of those who watched the picture pay special tribute to the heroism of a real dolphin, who was in trouble and found the strength to deal with circumstances. But for animals, having an artificial prosthesis is akin to a feat. Only one thing can be said for sure: if there is a tape that needs to be recommended for family viewing, this is the “Dolphin Story”. The second part of
In cinema, this often happens. If the film was a commercial success and a large audience, the second part of the picture can not be avoided. Provided that the storylines have a certain understatement. Thus, the audience was expected "Dolphin Story 2". Actors of the first part in full force agreed to participate in the next project. Young viewers and their parents hoped for another dramatic film that, according to the laws of the genre, will have a happy ending.
This time, the circumstances of the United States of America intervened in the fate of Winter. An elderly dolphin Panama died. As we have already said, all the characters loved by the viewer in the first part of the film migrated to a new project. Here we will meet again with Morgan Freeman. His hero is trying to construct new dentures for Winter, and the dolphin does not immediately adapt to them. All this disappoints and brings to tears the young heroes performed by Nathan Gamble and Cozy Zuelsdorf. They are echoed by our old acquaintances Ashley Jud, Chris Kristofferson and Harry Connick Jr. In the new part, the viewer will meet a dolphin named Hope. Americans have always been able to give animals symbolic nicknames. The second dolphin found by the children also desperately needs help.
Viewers Opinions
If we talk about whether the idea was good with a sequel, then “Dolphin Story 2” (actors and roles were presented in our publication) is clearly inferior to its predecessor. The viewer, looking forward to the continuation, was a little disappointed. Indeed, in the new part of the picture, the plot lines are quite simple and unpretentious. Too few events unfold on the screen. Probably, if we were immediately offered to watch the second film, we would have accepted it without discussion. However, before my eyes is the first part, incredibly moving, vibrant and eventful. Unfortunately, this is often the case with films with a sequel: almost always the second part of the picture is inferior to the first. This should have been foreseen by the authors of the project. However, on their luck, a slight audience disappointment did not affect the box office. People went to her in the hope of a continuation of the miracle.
Conclusion
One can only admire Hollywood producers who not only find money for megablockbusters, but also do not forget about the niche of a family kind and instructive movie. Fortunately, our favorite actors will always be in such films. The Dolphin Story is a classic example of the unity of adults and children, an example of selfless care for our smaller brothers.
