In modern economic, social and political conditions, an acute problem arises in the need to establish a Russian management model. The Russian management model must meet current market conditions and be able to quickly adapt to crisis situations.
The formation of management is significantly influenced by several factors. The education factor has a direct impact on the professional work of the leader. It is very difficult for a modern manager, leader, to do without extensive versatile knowledge, because management is a whole art, which is based on the application and implementation of scientific knowledge.
The state, in particular the Russian model of state national governance, also exerts its influence on national management models. The Russian state management model depending on the subject can be divided into four levels: economy, enterprise, unit and citizen. All these levels are closely intertwined, but it is the state that influences the model of managing enterprises and companies. The role of the state also lies in the fact that it sets standards in the management of workers. However, there are no such clear requirements for managers yet. As a result, an incompetent and illiterate manager can significantly spoil the life and working conditions of ordinary workers.
The Russian management model is also being formed under the influence of mentality. Without a doubt, the national mentality has a significant impact on the formation of a governance model. But while on the part of managers and executives a tendency toward a rigid authoritarian style of management is clearly visible, on the part of ordinary workers there is a lack of initiative and a lack of interest in the work being done.
Speaking about the factors influencing the formation of the Russian management model, it is impossible not to recall the media. The media have a very strong effect on the consciousness of society, including the consciousness of managers. The media perform an educational function, an educational function, and also reflect reality well. In the process of forming national management, the experience of foreign countries should also be used. Particular attention should be paid to the American, European and Japanese models. These types of management models have some significant differences among themselves, based mainly on values ββand national principles.
The American model is characterized, first of all, by the rigid organization of the management process. The personal responsibility of each employee is the hallmark of the American model. The European model is not fundamentally different from the American model. In Europe, as well as in the USA, medium and small enterprises play a large role in the entire economy. One of the significant differences of the European model is the fact that in Europe, subsidiaries, which are included even in the largest concerns, retain a significant share of independence. Independence can be manifested both in the financial sector and in the field of innovation.
The Japanese model has its own distinctive features. First of all, this is manifested in the fact that the Japanese select a position for a specific person, and not vice versa. Also a characteristic feature of Japanese management is that significant attention is paid to technological innovations and innovations. No matter how the Russian management model becomes, in any case, it still has a long and difficult path of development, depending on many factors and conditions.
