The basis of this kind of relationship in the team is a whole set of the most important principles. Parity principles are the fundamental equality of all individuals. It should be noted that when everyone is equal in the process of implementing common plans and achieving common goals, then the effectiveness of concerted actions, business discussion, and solving a conflict or disputed situation increases. With this equality, neither position, nor status, nor age, nor length of service or education of employees matters.
Models
There are several models that provide the principle of parity principles when considering a business issue. For example, the "naval model." It provides a process for discussing the tactics of upcoming hostilities. This procedure takes place in the flagship wardroom and all officers take part in it: first the youngest in rank and age, and then the senior.
Round table model. In this case, parity principles are, first of all, free discussion. In this case, the regulation gives the right to each of those present to speak and express their opinion. Moreover, the speaker’s desire or unwillingness to give the floor to one or another participant is not taken into account. Brainstorming also involves a free exchange of views, but preference is given to those participants whose ideas are the most relevant and recent.
Of course, each workshop cannot be held following the example of reconnaissance before the battle or “brainstorming”. At the same time, it is necessary to follow the path of minimizing or completely leveling administration and imposing opinions on the part of management to the rest of the team. Equalizing employees in the right to truth will only benefit the organization. Although, a priori, this right already exists in all people equally, but it is not always possible to realize it.
Manners of treatment
Parity principles - what is it from the point of view of circulation? It should be noted that crony “you” to the employee on the part of the head of the enterprise in response to his “you” does not correspond to this principle and is not a good basis for introducing equality into the work process. Of course, the manner of treatment in the team is largely dependent on interpersonal relationships. It is important that these standards are symmetrical.
Social function
It has long been noticed that the rules of conduct, which are based on mutual respect, goodwill, a sense of elbow and a sincere desire to help, create a favorable climate in interpersonal relations and contribute to creating an atmosphere of harmony in the service and in private life. This approach makes life more pleasant and easier. At the same time, one should not forget that a person is often not ready for a life filled with numerous and varied contacts. And there is only one way out of this situation - to learn this.
