But this is not the main sign, since knowledge at this stage is elementary. The main competitive advantage of a primary school teacher is that he must be able to convey information to the child in such a way that he understands it as qualitatively as possible and wants to study the subject further. What are the requirements of a modern school?

The social nature and social mission of the school is that the child graduate from an educational institution not only with a certain amount of knowledge, but also be psychologically mature. We partially touched on this issue earlier, but did not pay enough attention to it. The cultural mission of the school exists not only to entertain children during their leisure time. First of all, it is aimed at promoting interpersonal communication of children, the formation of their emotional and psychological stability. In this sense, the school performs the most important function of becoming a future person. Personality formation

Unfortunately, today the situation in Russian schools is not always cloudless. Very often, children conflict quite violently and even violently. All this is actively covered in the media, which causes other problems. So, children, seeing what is happening in other schools, unconsciously conclude for themselves that such behavior is the norm. When a similar situation arises in their life, then if they do not directly participate in the conflict and do not show cruelty, then they consider this situation normal and inactive.
The mission and values of the school should be formed around the student, because only then can she take good care of him.
