The educational system of the school

Parenting is a creative process in which teachers, students and their parents purposefully influence a child to improve their development of social and cultural values, development and self-realization of a person. Moreover, they try to create favorable conditions for the implementation of this process. An educational system is a combination of components that, when interacting, can purposefully and effectively grow from students a harmoniously developed and outstanding personality, capable of thinking, working, and constantly improving.

What are the components of the educational system of the school? First of all, it is:

  • certain tasks for the solution of which a special system is created;
  • activities ensuring the successful solution of these tasks;
  • entities organizing and participating in this activity;
  • relations arising during this activity, the integration of subjects in society;
  • the immediate environment in which subjects develop;
  • management that integrates components into the system and develops it.

The educational system of the school is purely individual, it is created in each educational institution and cannot be brought from one to another. It depends on many factors inherent in a particular educational institution. These include the following:

  • tasks and ideas for which the school was created;
  • the educational potential of the teacher team and leadership;
  • type of educational institution (professional orientation);
  • the material base for the upbringing of the younger generation;
  • social order of the parent team;
  • features of the environment from which most students leave.

The educational system of the school is conditionally divided into 4 stages, on which the success of the activity is directly dependent. The first of them is the formation of the educational system. At this stage, a pedagogical team is formed, capable of carrying out a successful process of positive impact on students. This team must be united and humane to create a good microclimate.

The educational system of the school and its further formation very much depends on the planned progress of the first stage, since it was during this period that the teaching staff began to be created, the basic concept was developed, and the goals of education were formed. This process should be such that the graduate who graduated from this school possesses the qualities that were formed at the first stage and firmly entrenched in all subsequent ones.

The system of educational work at the second stage is characterized by the refinement of its structure and activities. At this time, the school-wide team is developing intensively, communication between children of different ages is improving, initiative is developing, and school traditions are beginning to emerge . The teacher at the second stage should have the skills of a psychologist, so the school needs a professional who is ready to provide social and psychological assistance. It is necessary to monitor the well-being of children and adolescents, their attitude to what is happening around the events, how they participate in various events, and what emotions play a dominant role for them.

At the third stage, the system of educational work comes to an end. Children begin to be interested in much more than they get in the lesson. Learning and extracurricular activities begin to integrate, and the class moves into a new, better state.

At the fourth stage, the tasks are complicated, and the goals are improved. Relations between children are becoming more diverse and ramified. Pupils and teachers begin to show a common sense of pride in the school and an understanding of the same tasks. At this final stage, teachers take the system to a new level of development.

The educational system is the obtaining of an effective result in the process of interaction between the teaching staff and students, therefore, how it will become our society will depend on its organization in the future.
