The Russian government back in 2005 decided that it was necessary to transfer the educational system to a new level, the so-called second generation. The Russian Academy of Education has assumed responsibility for the implementation of this order. When developing new standards, all new principles were taken into account, which the modern educational system must comply with.
In fact, we can consider the new educational standard as a kind of social order of a society that needs certain specialists and a level of knowledge, including taking into account new requirements. A team of specialists is working on this order.
Education of children includes several aspects; we can say that modern goals are the comprehensive development of the child, taking into account new requirements and knowledge. Because of this, some emphasis in learning may shift. The upbringing and education of the child falls not only on the shoulders of teachers and occurs not only in school, parents also have a huge responsibility for this. For these purposes, a model of extracurricular activities on GEF was invented. In this case, the Federal State Educational Standard is the federal state educational standard.
The authors of the concept being developed initially talked about the need to establish dialogue with society, and later, parents and the school should also establish certain forms of interaction in order to achieve their goals together. The same goals are served by the model of extracurricular activities on GEF, which involves the creation of certain conditions and the organization of free time for students, and parents should help in this.
Extracurricular Activities
Creating a model of extracurricular activities on the GEF, it was necessary to take into account all the factors that could affect it, both objective and purely subjective. In particular, it is necessary to take into account the territorial location of a school or other other educational institution, the provision of a specific district with institutions capable of providing the necessary leisure and extracurricular activities of students. Including this may be additional education at school.
In many cases, the provision on extracurricular activities of the GEF calls for taking into account specific factors when creating your own model directly in the schools themselves. As for the schools themselves, the model of extracurricular activities in the Federal State Educational Standard assumes not only the creation of a specific education program in primary and secondary schools, but also the provision of specific technical and material conditions. For example, it can be conditions for playing sports and physical education, as well as additional clubs, united by interests, etc.
In other words, the directions of extracurricular activities on GEF should create a unified system that allows organizing activities at different levels. In this regard, different institutions must integrate with each other to achieve common goals.
Extracurricular activity model selection
Of course, when working, it is necessary to take into account the age characteristics of children, since goals and objectives, and most importantly, methods of achievement will change. Nevertheless, at each stage, the system should remain unified and holistic, and everything from school teachers to parents should be included in it.
Each model, starting with the preschool and ending with the model for high school, must be consistent so that there are no gaps at each stage of the child's maturation and upbringing. At the same time, it is not necessary to exclude the possibilities in which he will be able to try different types of extracurricular activities and, perhaps, choose the one that will appeal to him. Only such a model can work effectively and take into account the requirements of the state in the modern world.
