Joint treatment traditional medicine

Arthritis is one of the most common diseases today. This generic term is used for joint pain, swelling, and redness. Traditional medicine will help relieve pain and have an anti-inflammatory effect before a doctor's appointment.

1. Honey treatment. If joint pain occurs when salt is deposited (arthrosis), then the following recipe will help: mix honey and table salt in equal proportions and apply to the sore spot, wrap it well with a woolen cloth and leave it overnight. This is a popular way to relieve pain and improve metabolism in the joint. Also, in diseases of the joints, they often impose joint orthosis that allows you to immobilize the area of ​​damage and reduce the load.

2. Such a remedy will help to cope with the deposition of salt in the joints: fresh cranberries 500 g and garlic 200 g are grinded in a blender or in a meat grinder, add a kilogram of honey to the resulting mixture, mix thoroughly and consume 3 times 10 g daily.

3. If the pain in the joint is aching, then a pepper compress will help. Take 4-5 pods of hot pepper, a glass of onion juice, 1.5 cups of plantain juice, a tablespoon of interior fat, mix well and warm. The compress is applied to the sore spot and wrapped in woolen cloth.

4. The traditional method of treating joints is mustard. Take 23 grams of honey, 60 ml of camphor oil and mustard 1 tbsp. spoon, mix thoroughly, then put on a fresh cabbage leaf and put to the sore joint, tie on top with a woolen scarf.

5. Alternative treatment with mustard: 200 g of dry mustard powder and 200 g of salt diluted with kerosene to a creamy state. Rub the mixture overnight.

6. For joint pain, cucumbers will help. Overripe cucumbers grate and, bandaging, attach to a sore spot for the night. The taste of cucumbers should become salty, if they still remained fresh, then this means that they did not correctly identify the places where salt is deposited.

7. Chestnut tincture - a proven folk method. Peel the fruits of the chestnut, finely chop 300 g and fill the floor with a liter of vodka. Stirring daily, insist for two weeks.

8. Take 3 sprigs of white lilac, put in a jar with a lid, pour a glass of boiling water and leave for 3 days in the refrigerator. Drink the infusion three times 1 tbsp. a spoon daily for 45 days, preferably before meals, the result will be noticeable after three to four weeks. After such a folk recipe, the joints cease to hurt for several years.

9. An ointment of onion, oil and wax will help. Finely chop 1 onion and fry in any vegetable oil until translucent, then add ten grams of beeswax to the onion and continue to fry until a light brown color appears. Rub the resulting ointment into a sore spot for at least 5 minutes.
