Childhood
Yuri Bogatyrev was born on the second of March one thousand nine hundred and forty-seventh in Riga. His father is a sailor, his mother is a housewife. Later, the family moved to Leningrad, and even later to Moscow. In childhood, the boy was called a girl. And all because Yura was very gentle and graceful. At this time, Nadezhda met with Yuri. Their relationship gradually grew into love. The marriage was formalized without unnecessary noise, many then considered it a secret. The newlyweds hid this fact of their life even from the closest people - the daughter of Nadezhda Vari and the mother of Yuri Tatyana Vasilievna, who at that time underwent a serious operation.
Hope insisted on keeping the marriage secret. The couple did not live together: in a tiny room the three of them were impossible. They decided to wait until the girl grows a little and there will be money to purchase more comfortable housing. The actor always wanted to play Oblomov. On the eve of his funeral, friends sewed a burgundy “Oblomovskiy” dressing gown, “served” him in theater workshops and at the funeral they covered the actor’s legs with this symbol of his unfulfilled dream. Yuri Bogatyrev was buried at the Vagankovsky cemetery.
Strange circumstances
