A few words about the designer
Anna Sui was born in August 1964. From childhood, she was attracted by the world of fashion. After graduating from school in Detroit , Michigan, Sui moved to New York to attend Parsons School. Her first work in the fashion industry was the duties of a stylist for photographs of one of the best photographers Stephen Meisel and editor for the Italian fashion magazine.
In 1980, Sui decided to move on and started her own business. At first, her own apartment served as an office.
In 1991, her first show on the catwalks took place. The New York Times immediately called her style a mixture of everyday life and high fashion. In the same year, Anna Sui moved the company and showroom from her apartment. In 1992, she opened her first boutique, and in 1993 she won the prestigious award for fashion industry leaders. From that moment, boutiques began to open throughout America, as well as in Japan.
In 1999, she successfully launched her own cosmetics company, which every year only gets richer in interesting research in the field of beauty and fashion. Then in the stores of the USA, Europe and Japan, her first perfume appeared.
