Andrei Karjaka is the former Russian and Ukrainian footballer who gained the greatest fame playing in the Russian Championship for the Saturn and Wings of the Soviets teams, as well as for the Russian national team.

Stages of the football path
Andrei Karjaka started playing football in the city of Dnepropetrovsk from the age of seven. At first it was the city youth sports school, then - the school of the Olympic reserve.
Since 1995, he becomes a footballer of Zaporizhzhya Metallurg, and on March 3, 1996 holds his first match as part of the Zaporizhzhya team. He had a cup meeting with Donetsk Shakhtar. Three weeks later, Sergey Karjaka will make his debut in the championship of Ukraine. Starting next season, Andrei is the footballer of the main team. He scores balls in the championship and the Cup of Ukraine, he is different on the football field, adding a special brilliance to the team’s game. But the next wave of military draft brings the player from Zaporozhye to the capital of Ukraine.
In 1998, Andrei Karjaka was a football player at the CSKA Moscow club. Here he holds his first European Cup matches. In 2000, at the end of his life, the player was put up for transfer. Representatives of the Russian team “Wings of the Soviets” became interested in the person of the football player. The Samara club recruited non-bound players. Together with Andrey, several more players arrived at the casting, who, after a series of test matches, did not come to the club’s yard.
On August 13, 2000, Andrei Karjaka played his first match in the Russian Championship to become the best and irreplaceable player of the Samara team for the long five years. He is a football player of the basic structure, plays brightly, technically, scores a lot, holds his first matches in the national team of Russia.
Especially successful for Andrei Karjaki was the 2004 season. He becomes the team’s top scorer (17 goals in the championship and 2 in the Cup of Russia), participates in the final of Euro 2004 (three matches), becomes the third winner of the championship and the finalist of the Cup of the country. In total, during his stay at the Wings of the Soviets club, Andrey Karjaka played 158 matches and scored 58 goals.
Due to serious financial problems, club leaders were forced to sell their leading player in the Portuguese Benfica team for two million dollars. The footballer played his first match for the Lisbon Club on May 10, 2005, and on October 18 holds his debut match in the Champions League. In general, the career of a player in Benfica cannot be considered too successful. For three seasons, he spent only 12 matches, in which he scored 3 goals.
In 2006, Andrei Karjaka changed the Portuguese championship to Russian, having signed a contract with the Saturn team (Ramenskoye). Here he is a solid player in the main team and her top scorer (11 goals).
Over four years of performances, he played more than 100 matches, scoring 18 goals. In 2011, the Saturn team ceased to exist, making Andrew a free agent. He signs a contract with the Dynamo Moscow for a year and a half. Andrei Karjaka finished his football career at the Volga club in Nizhny Novgorod.
On March 26, 2012, he scored the hundredth goal, becoming a member of the Club 100, and in 2013 Andrey was the leader and captain of the team, the best Volga footballer.
