humanization of education: concept and essence

At the moment, society is at a turning point in its development, characterized by a reassessment of core values and overcoming obstacles that prevent it from moving forward. Personality comes to the fore. That is why the humanization of education is simply necessary and is the main principle that reflects modern social trends in the education and upbringing of the younger generation. Only a person who knows how to be productive, creative, can find a worthy place in society.

The humanization of education involves the unification of the socio-moral, professional and general cultural development of the student’s personality . This is possible only after the goals, technologies and content of the training are reviewed and carefully selected. Two components of this process are distinguished. One of them is the satisfaction of the basic needs of children by creating the most favorable conditions in all respects for their development. For this, it is important for teachers to consider the individual, age and personality characteristics of students.

It is equally important to be able to reveal to children the possibilities of filling their free time with meaningful content. This can be done through introducing students to culture, revealing their creative potential. In many respects, this point is facilitated by second-generation educational institutions of the second generation, recently introduced in all educational institutions. The priority in learning is the upbringing of a new thinking person who knows and knows how to apply his knowledge in practical activities.

The humanization of education is an integral and important part of moral education in children. Self-development of a person largely depends on the creative orientation of the learning process. This is one of the foundations of the teacher’s individual creative approach to the student, which involves the motivation of learning activities. Thus, the student can feel pride from the realization of his own growth in learning, from the achievement of certain goals.

Today it is necessary not only to give the student general scientific or professional knowledge, but also to allow him to master the universal human culture, which is the basis for the comprehensive development of the person, taking into account his needs and environmental conditions (this includes, among other things, human resources and the material base of training). The humanization of education is also associated with professional ethical responsibility. In other words, all participants in the pedagogical process should be ready to take responsibility for the problems of others when such a need arises. This requires high self-organization, inner self-discipline, in which a person will not follow the circumstances of the pedagogical process, but he can create them, develop his own strategy, and improve himself.

It should be noted that the mental development of the child occurs in the development of human culture. Here the main mentor is an adult. Therefore, a systematic pedagogical impact on the student is necessary, as a result of which he is sent to the path of mastering new knowledge, and also positive personal qualities are raised in him.

In order for the humanization of education to take place not only in theory but also in practice, it is necessary to organize the activities of children and to supervise it, while ensuring the best conditions for the possible development of certain character traits in them. When developing a program, the age characteristics of students are taken into account, and the teacher himself must remember the individual ones, both in the classroom and in extracurricular activities.
