Job regulations - the main regulatory document of a civil servant

The job regulations must be approved by the representative of the employer and organize the professional activities of the civil servant of the Russian Federation. This document is intended to assist in the proper selection, placement of employees in appropriate positions, be responsible for improving their professionalism, improving the technological and functional division of labor between the heads of departments and their subordinates.

- a list of qualification requirements for the nature and level of knowledge, skills that are presented to a civil servant, as well as the availability of appropriate education and seniority in public service or work experience in the specialty;

- issues on which a civil servant has the right or obligation to make decisions independently;

- the order of interaction of the employee in the performance of his duties with other officials or organizations and ordinary citizens.
