Actor debut

The filmography of Aleksey Zubkov begins with the Ukrainian-French drama The Friend of the Dead (1997). There he played the cameo role of a tough guy in a burgundy shirt. Apparently, starting in the cinema was not easy, because after the debut of the proposals from the directors for some time there weren’t. His next filming took place only five years later.

Films with Alexei Zubkov

After a long break (until 2002), the next work of the actor was the Ukrainian series “Critical Standing”. At that time, our hero was already 27 years old. One of the main roles went to Zubkov. In the film, the plot unfolds in a hospital where patients become mutants.

After filming the series, two years later, Alexey Zubkov played in the military film Iron Hundred, where the role of the actor was not the main one. This was followed by shooting in other tapes: “Bankers” (director), “Collection” (employee of a special department). These films did not bring much popularity to Alexei.

First successful roles

During the time spent in prison, Stepan's wife gives birth to another man. He forgives her for this and, leaving the prison, raises his wife’s daughter. He becomes the chairman of the collective farm, where he is undergoing numerous reforms, but in the nineties it begins to crumble.

The film “When We Were Happy” demonstrates the successful life of businessman Gleb (played by Zubkov). But his partner substitutes. Gleb loses everything. The family is left without means of subsistence, which is why problems arose, and Gleb begins to drink. The wife takes all the burdens of difficulties upon herself and seeks work. Quarrels between spouses began to arise even on trifles, understanding was gone. Having learned about the problems in the family, the chief of his wife Gleb offers her his help. The hero, learning about this, thinks that his wife cheated on him.

“Call my door” shows the role of a good businessman - Pavel (playing Zubkov), who helps his neighbor in solving her problems, which is actively prevented by Elena, who is in love with a businessman.

“Grandmother on Demolition” is a comedy telling about the adult son (played by Zubkov) of Kira, whom she married safely and bought a young vacation ticket. Lovers could not go, and so that the ticket does not disappear, Kira goes instead of the newlyweds.

A business man is killed, values ​​disappear, and then fall into the hands of the police. One of the law enforcement officers, risking his own life, decides to take the canvases to Rome.

Zubkov does not advertise his personal life and does not give interviews, so little is known about his family. The wife of Alexei Zubkov in 2006 gave birth to a daughter.
