Methodical work at school is a pedagogical system for the exchange of best practices and activities that are aimed at improving teaching skills and at developing the creative approach of personnel in general. Together, this contributes to the achievement of an increased level of education and upbringing of schoolchildren.
Educational and educational activity consists of certain areas and represents in-school activities in the classroom and educational work in the second half of the school day, which is usually carried out by the administration and teachers. The methodical work at the school provides for special subject weeks and constant work on the self-improvement of teachers, increasing their professional skills (especially young ones) and the quality of preparing and conducting lessons, using advanced scientific technologies and introducing new methods of education and training.
