Actor from Yerevan, was born on January 21, 1950. Vladimir Arustamovich Episkoposyan decided to go to the artists far from immediately. He graduated from high school with honors, then entered the Law Faculty of Yerevan University. He combined his studies with sports. Episkoposyan was a member of the Armenian national basketball team and took part in the USSR championship. It is possible that Vladimir would become a lawyer or an athlete, but the case intervened.

The young man caught the eye of the creators of the film almanac “Tsar Chah-Chah”, dedicated to the works of the Armenian poet Hovhannes Tumanyan. Vladimir was offered one of the key roles. First they played lovers, then feelings arose in life. Vladimir and his first wife lived together for about four years. Despite the birth of a son, this marriage broke up.

Episkoposyan did not lose touch with his heir. The son grew to his father's height, but preferred a different profession. His work is related to computer technology.

Vladimir met his second wife, Svetlana, on the street. He was so struck by her beauty that he dared to approach and meet. After several years of marriage, Episkoposyan married his girlfriend.
