Biography
The future actress was born in the Moscow region, in the city of Korolev, in February 1942. However, the girl’s childhood and youth passed in Sverdlovsk. During the Great Patriotic War, her family was evacuated to this city. In school, Valya was fond of classes in a drama circle at the city House of Culture. And these classes allowed the girl to play small roles in the Theater of Young Spectators.
Valentina received a theater education at the Sverdlovsk Theater School. She gave her studies two years. And then she got into the studio at the Bolshoi Drama Theater. Gorky in Leningrad on the course of

Talking about his family life, Titova says: “In order to be an ideal wife, you need daily and exhausting work on yourself and on relationships.” Living with a talented person, with a genius, which, according to the woman, her husband was, is an overwhelming task. It is very difficult to coexist under one roof for two strong characters, and the wife of a talented person must be the shadow of her husband, his reflection. Only then will such a marriage be happy. Divorce from husband
Family life at some point brought Valentina Titova to exhaustion - moral and physical. She lost a lot of weight, looked, in her own words, terrible, with huge bruises under her eyes. And when I got to the hospital with oncology, I realized that this could no longer continue. An urgent need to change something in your life, otherwise it will be the beginning of the end. In her own words, she was a good wife - she served her husband because this is the norm of female life. But it's time to start treating yourself well.

After the divorce from Basov, time passed. Valentina Antipovna got married a second time. Cameraman Georgy Ivanovich Rerberg became her chosen one. Together they lived for 20 years.
