Japanese asahi facial massage has been passed on in Japan from generation to generation. The technique that is used here is called the “two-finger” (performed by the index and middle fingers or middle and ring fingers), also known as the Y-method. Japanese Asahi face massage affects the bones (i.e. osteopathic), the connective and muscle tissues, reviving them and awakening the body’s energy. The face is getting younger.
Looking at the massage process, you might think that wrinkles will only increase from it, but this is a mistake. With age, the skin and muscles become lethargic, and in order to remove them, you need to work on deeply lying tissues. The technology of oriental massages is based on working with a person providing him with a truly necessary load. The use of smart power techniques is called “tsogan”. Japanese Asahi facial massage should be done delicately and carefully. The greatest caution must be observed at the locations of the lymph nodes, and where they are not there, you can work intensively and confidently. Japanese Asahi massage is a multifunctional gymnastics and is designed to act on all the muscles of the face, which leads to increased tone of the skin and muscles, causing a lifting effect. And lymphatic drainage gives the face freshness.
Before starting the massage, it is necessary to cleanse the skin of the face. Do not forget that there are a number of contraindications to its use: diseases of the lymphatic system, facial skin, ENT - organs, rhinitis, depending on individual characteristics - menstruation, fatigue can be a contraindication.
Japanese Asahi face massage can be done while standing, sitting or lying down. Throughout the massage, it is necessary to maintain proper posture.
All techniques end with the final exercise at point 9, which is located between the tragus of the ear and the temple. It is necessary to fix the fingers in it for a few seconds, then you need to go along the sides of the face (without affecting the temporomandibular joint). The fingers will be 2 cm below the lower jaw - this is point 6 (deep cervical lymph nodes). Then the fingers need to be moved down the sides of the neck, and stopped when the fingers reach the jugular cavity and the inner edge of the clavicle. This is point 5.
Japanese facial massage consists of only 12 exercises. All exercises must be performed 3 times.
- Fingers are placed in the center of the forehead and pressed to the skin. Count to 3 and with pressure take them to your temples. Turn your hands down 90 degrees, release the pressure and complete the final movement.
- Put your fingers on the outer corners of the eyes, without pressure lead to the inner corners. Here, increase the pressure and draw a semicircle along the radius of the orbital bone from above in the opposite direction, fix 3 seconds of fingers near the temples. Return to the inner corners of the eyes and point your fingers along the orbital bone from below, pushing near the outer corner. Continue to the temples.
- Fingers - to the center of the chin, press this point for 3 seconds, go around your lips with your fingers and connect over the upper lip. After 3 seconds, tear off your fingers from the face and again transfer them again to the chin. This exercise is the only one after which the final movement is not performed.
- In the upper cavities near the wings of the nose, you need to make 5 arcuate movements, then rub the back of the nose three times.
- Repeat exercise 3, pressing on the face skin more intensively, continue moving towards the eyes.
- Slide with effort from the angle of the lower jaw to the inner corner of the eye. For each side - separately.
- Place your palms horizontally on your cheeks, squeeze your nostrils with your fingers and part with effort to the temples.
- Open palms on lips. Lift to the nostrils and "put" their cheeks.
- Palms of the palms to the center of the chin. “Draw” a smile with them.
- Iron intensively from the center of the chin to the tragus.
- Thumbs - under the chin, the rest on the nose. With pressure, take your hands to the tragus.
- Smooth the forehead in zigzag movements from right to left.
Remember to complete the final movement after each exercise!
