Biography
Lapane was born in the Australian city of Sydney in 1970. He studied at the Institute of Dramatic Art, which he graduated in 1992. Six years later, at a party organized by his acquaintance, he met British actress Fay Ripley. They immediately started dating, and in 2001 they got married in Italy. Now the couple lives in London and has two children - daughter Parker and son Sonny.
Fair wedding
Mr. Lapane's career began even before graduation. Three years before graduation, he starred in the episode of the soap opera Alan Bateman's "Home and the Road" (debuted in 1988). And a year after the release, he starred in several more television projects, including Primitive Country (1981 - 1993), The Feds: Deception (1993) and JP (1989 - 1996).
In 1994, Australian director P.J. Hogan directed the comedy drama Muriel’s Wedding, in which Daniel received one of the main roles and thanks to which the world learned about this actor.
