Evgeny Arsenievich is a native Muscovite. He was born on May 24, 1945 in a simple family, where everyone knew that in order to have something, you need to work well. Mom was a housewife, father worked as a retoucher. Eugene and his sister, the parents raised well, the children for the time being obeyed them. The boy collected stamps, was fond of geography and raved about traveling. About an acting career then there was no question.
It so happened that in his teens Yevgeny Kindinov began to spend a lot of time in the yard in dubious companies. Almost every day the guy got into fights, his character became unbearable. At this difficult time for him, his sister came to the rescue. She took her brother to the Pioneer House and persuaded him to attend a theater group. The boy agreed, deciding that his theatrical life would last no more than a week, but then he suddenly realized that he liked to play on stage. It was in this small temple of art that Eugene, under the guidance of a teacher Alexandra Georgievna Kudasheva, discovered his acting talent and realized that this was his future.
Student
After Evgeni Kindinov became interested in theater, he again began to study diligently, since he had a purpose in life. After graduation, the guy planned to continue his studies at the theater school. Finally, the last bell rang, and Eugene became a student.
He studied at the Studio School. V.I. Nemirovich-Danchenko at the Moscow Art Theater. The teacher of the novice actor was a wonderful person Viktor Karlovich Monyukov. Kindinov still recalls his lessons with warmth and gratitude.
Theater work
Evgenia Kindinov - an actor at that time young and inexperienced, could not even hope that he would be accepted into the Moscow Art Theater troupe. But when he finished his studies at the Studio School in 1967, he was invited to the stage of this particular theater. In the new team, Eugene was younger than all the actors, as the theater management preferred to hire experienced and mature people. An exception was made for Kindinov, he fell in love with this theater, like a native home, and remained faithful to him for his whole life.
The first serious work on the stage was the staging of the play “At the Bottom”. Eugene happened to play the role of Vaska Ashes. The excited actor was so nervous that he nearly strangled his partner Gribov for real, playing the scene in which Ashes strangles Luka. Maybe it was after this embarrassment that the relationship between Kindinov and Gribov became strained. Only a few years later, the actors found a common language.
After such a test, Eugene got the role of Sailor in the play “Kremlin Chimes”, other roles followed. Full of energy, the young actor rejoiced in any work, he did not refuse to play even when the role was completely insignificant. What Kindinov could not bear was inaction.
First steps to the cinema
For the time being, only Eugene Kindinov was considered a theater actor, films with his participation were only in the plans of a young man who always strived for more. Eugene’s debut in cinema can be considered participation in the extras of the film “Dead Season” 1968. A little later in the same year he was approved for the main role of the Greek soldier Vengelis in the film “The Punisher”.
But the glory of the film actor was in no hurry to elevate Eugene to the podium. Two years after his debut work on the set, he played a young doctor in the film “Urban Romance”, then roles in the films: “Young”, “Of his own will”, “Spring Tale”, etc. followed. So gradually Evgeny Kindinov became a sought-after movie actor .
The long-awaited glory
Patience and the works of Yevgeny Arsenievich were rewarded. The long-awaited fame came to him after the release of the film by A. Konchalovsky "Romance of Lovers." The actor played in this picture of Sergei Nikitin, who during military exercises falls on a deserted island.
The plot of the film has experienced a lot of criticism, in particular because of frank love scenes, but in the end this amazing story becomes very popular. In the seventies, Evgeni Kindinov, whose personal life and career had completely taken place by that time, was pleased and happy that he had achieved his dream. At this wonderful time for him, he was on the list of the most popular young actors. A handsome, tall, temperamental man won the entire female audience of the country from the screen. At the turn of the 70s and 80s, the films with his participation were released: “Golden Mine”, “Return of the Resident”, “Urgent Call”, “Citizen Nikanorova is waiting for you”, “Talent” and others.
Since the mid-eighties, Kindinova is less and less invited to act in films. It is not known for what reason, but the interest of directors and viewers in the actor has greatly weakened. Eugene was very worried about this, it was hard to come to terms with the fact that the fame of the actor went into decline. In order not to become completely depressed, Kindinov again began to give all his strength to his native theater, in which he found his salvation.
Now the actor continues to play on the stage of the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater, along with his wife Galina Kindinova. Sometimes he is invited to appear in films, but he does not always agree, carefully considering each proposal. Those times when Eugene enthusiastically took up any work have long passed. The young people got married and still live together with a strong acting family. Galina Kindinova starred with her husband in the television series "Talent". In 1986, a joyful event occurred in the Kindinov family, Galina gave birth to a daughter. The girl was called Daria. Despite the fact that her parents are artists, Daria did not want to continue the dynasty, she went her own way and entered the Moscow State Institute of International Relations at the Faculty of International Law.
