To a large extent, the success of the series was due to the right choice of the lead actor. The charismatic Alexander Belov was played by a talented and no less vivid than his character, actor Sergei Bezrukov. Thanks to his captivatingly sincere game, the audience was able to justify even those actions of Belov, who, it would seem, should not even seek excuses. In fact, Bezrukov managed to show how a perfect resembling betrayal can turn a person's life. After all, if Alexander’s beloved girl had waited for him from the army without changing, Belov would hardly have gotten involved in everything that turned a simple guy into a criminal authority.
No less striking was Belov’s main opponent - investigator Kaverin, whose image was embodied by Andrei Panin (now deceased). He played his part so convincingly that he caused a real dislike. But at the same time, Panin managed to show the audience a highly professional opera that really knows its job. What was worth only masterful implementation of Max in the team of Belov!
Valera Filatov, whose role made Vladimir Vdovichenkov popular, was attracted by his poise, thoroughness, and constant attempts to reconcile everyone. He was probably the second person after Belov, on which the brigade was held as such. And all the more offensive and unjust it seems that he, in principle, at the cost of his life saves friends.
The Kholmogorov space is a very ambiguous character. It was played by Dmitry Dyuzhev. Admittedly, he did it phenomenally! Probably everyone who watched the series remembered the scene with Lincoln and the hunt for the black cat. Of course, the estimates of Kholmogorov caused mixed, but the coloring of this character just went through the roof!
Victor Pchelkin (he was embodied by Pavel Maikov) is a charming young man who, nevertheless, has a completely sober mind, which helps him to adequately solve financial issues, and in relations with friends, he also stands on an equal footing. One of the highlights of the series is when Sasha and Cosmos begin to suspect him of treason. But even the Bee leaves this test quite well (in many respects thanks to Olga Belova, with whom, as you might guess, he is secretly in love).
The game of supporting actors was also bright. Many remember Nicholas Eremenko, who played the father of Cosmos, who always seeks to help his bad son and his friends, giving out quite wise advice and using contacts when necessary.
And Jan Tsapnik in the role of the roguish Arthur is simply charming!
Alexander Vysokovsky in the role of Max gave everything 100%. The despair experienced by Karelsky, who killed Belyi and Tamara's friends, provokes a strong emotional response.

The main female role is Olya Belova (Surikova as a girl). Ekaterina Guseva in this role is simply incredible! In fact, the humble violinist girl is no less powerful than her husband. Only one situation with a car explosion, in which Belova understands, shows that the girl has an unbending character, knows how to analyze and compare facts, and besides, she knows no fear! Probably, many men dreamed of such a wife!
Alexander Nazarov is very convincing in the role of a granny who raised Olga.
And what sympathy Belova’s mother evokes, whose role was played by Valentina Telichkina!
What really surprised the success of the series "Brigade" - the actors and roles coincided simply perfectly! Well, how can you imagine Sasha Bely performed by Vladimir Mashkov (he auditioned for the role)? And what Cosmos would come out of Dmitry Gumenetsky (we remember him as Schmidt)?
