For almost a century, the health of railway workers has been protected by medical personnel of the Belarusian Railway. History
The Minsk railway junction included two lines: Libavo-Romenskaya and Moscow-Brest. In addition to the hospital, medical care was provided by 4 outpatient clinics, which at that time were called emergency rooms. They worked 4 doctors, 4 paramedics and 2 dentists. Specialists were trained to provide medical assistance in the event of a train crash. The equipment consisted of dressings, a set of medicines, a stretcher, paramedic bags. In 1914, the construction of the railway hospital was completed. However, with the outbreak of World War I, its building was occupied by a military hospital, where the treatment and rehabilitation of wounded soldiers was carried out. In 1922, 11 Clinical Hospital (Minsk) was officially opened. She had 52 beds, of which 20 therapeutic, 12 infectious and 20 surgical. The first leader was the chief physician, Lebedkin Sergey Ivanovich. Gradually 11 City Clinical Hospital (Minsk) expanded its activities. In the early 30s, the number of beds was already 70, then 40 more were commissioned. Before the start of the Second World War 11, the hospital (Minsk) contained 155 beds. The following departments worked: surgical, therapeutic, tuberculosis, obstetric and gynecological. The war brought significant damage to the hospital. After the city was liberated, it began to be quickly restored, and a month later there were 100 beds.
In 1953, on the basis of the Minsk institution, an advisory, methodological and medical center was opened in which railway workers received medical assistance. A road hospital, consisting of 250 beds, began to function. After 14 years, the clinic could receive 275 people. In 1970, a new hospital opened, which was located in another place in the city, but was under the same leadership as its predecessor. Their total number of beds was 750. Railroad workers and their families received medical care at the clinic, which was located in the first building of the hospital. It was located at
the Minsk-Tovarnaya station. Soon, a new clinic began to work on Voronyansky Street, capable of receiving 840 people a day. In August 2010, Zhanna Viktorovna Kazachenok became the head of the hospital.

The clinic carries out medical and preventive activities at a high level thanks to modern scientific achievements in the field of medicine.
