If these standards are exceeded, you will be required to complete a customs declaration and pay a fee. Its single rate is 30% of the value of the goods indicated in the document you filled out. The minimum cost per kilo is 4 euros.

Restrictions on the transport of alcoholic beverages are as follows: for one person over 18 years old - no more than three liters. If you carry more, then for each excess of three to five liters you will have to pay a fixed rate of 10 euros for each liter of excess.

If you have already reached the age of majority and want to bring tobacco products across the border for free, then take no more than 200 cigarettes and not more than fifty cigars. Restrictions apply to weight tobacco - not more than 250 grams.

In this case, customs payments are not paid for transportation:

  • goods received as an inheritance for use by the individual himself, if he is a citizen of a state that is a member of the union (the fact of entering the inheritance will need to be documented);
  • second-hand personal goods belonging to refugees, internally displaced persons and moving to the Union State for permanent residence.

  6. When indicating the direction of movement of goods, remember that during the transit of goods, it is necessary to cross out not only the corresponding field, but also the word "entry" or "exit".
  7. If the goods are transported by a person under the age of majority, the customs declaration shall be filled in by the person accompanying him.
