Within the framework of the “sincere conversation”, a reflection is also offered, which allows parents to evaluate how much they have mastered the material offered to them. The feedback helps the teacher to understand how effective the meeting was, whether the goal set in the framework of the “sincere conversation” was achieved.
Master classes
Such forms of the teacher’s work with parents allow teachers to demonstrate specific methods and work methods to the dads and mothers of their pupils or pupils that they can use to establish trusting relationships with their children.
How to organize such a meeting? For example, if you plan to discuss issues related to establishing contact between parents and adolescents, the teacher invites a psychologist. The specialist holds a small master class for parents, demonstrating on concrete examples techniques for building relationships with adolescents. Then a training is organized, within the framework of which the parents have a real opportunity to consolidate new skills and ask the specialist questions that have arisen.

Unusual trainings
They can be considered the most active forms of interaction between the educational organization and the family. Both fathers and mothers can take part in the training. What topics for training can I offer? Among them are the following: “My fairy-tale image”, “Favorite toy”, “Children's memories”. Such training is organized in a playful way between a team of children and parents, so it can be offered in elementary school or in kindergarten. Modeling various situations, children and their parents learn to work in a team, improve their communication skills.
