Against the backdrop of the dimensionless Russian āsoapā epics like āCarmelitaā or āThe Engagement Ringā, the compact, sincere āEnchanted Landā not inflated into hundreds of episodes looks almost in one breath.
It is with a breath of fresh air that I want to christen what is happening on the screen. Director
Alexander Baranov, who shot the Gromov family epic with the sequel to The Gromov House, decided to stage the sequel to the Plot, which gathered a huge audience from TVs. People were touched by sincerity, which passed through in a leisurely story about the village of Anisovka. Maybe part of the success should be attributed to the superpopularity of Sergei Bezrukov, who played the main role of the district Kravtsov? The director, apparently, decided to test his plan for strength, and the series "Enchanted Land" was shot without the character of Bezrukov. True, all the others, the types that we remember and loved, smoothly āmovedā to continue.
When every bast in a row
Why is it called "Enchanted Land", and what kind of magician worked here? It turns out that in order to raise morale (and, in passing, to get rid of a bad addiction to a glass of some villagers), a kind of visiting "Kashpirovsky" performed by Leonid Yarmolnik arrived in Anisovka . After the session, everything in the village went on a different track, and who is to blame (whether the psychic, the ānativesā themselves), the director answers us throughout the entire action. With all the deepest respect for the undeniably charismatic figure of Yarmolnik and his talent, the āEnchanted Siteā turned out to be not his format. He did not fit very well into the friendly āvillage teamā. The remaining actors "come off" one hundred percent! This Andrei Krasko, who prematurely left this world, is, as always, bright and colorful. This is Alexander Mokhov, leading his line unobtrusively, but the next one is always the right course in interpreting the role. This is truly āpopularā Nina Ruslanova. And a rustic, naive, but so cute Vadik performed by Pavel Derevyanko. His "bast in a row" was inserted by Roman Madyanov, Julia Rutberg. In a word, the ensemble, already cemented in the "Site", once again proved viability.

Everything will change
The atmosphere of the hinterland is very well conveyed, which, despite the cataclysms, the endless howl of the media about the coming end of the world, the fighting for power at the top, lives on its own and does not blow. No psychotherapists are needed, because the āenchanted plotā of Anisovka is the reserved niche where the truly Russian soul and character live. Baranov was right, removing in the sequel the ācriminalā component, which had already become unnecessary, in the person of a visitor who had visited a village for a short while. Detective crafts and so full on our screens. āEnchanted plotā is a film that reveals the essence of life itself in all its manifestations: in bright sadness, in stormy joy, in unadorned simple life, in the extraordinary charm of landscapes, where, like centuries ago, birch trees rustle and civilization sings. And even if they threaten to demolish, wipe the village from the face of the earth, the āEnchanted Landā gives hope that everything will be crushed, everything will be fine, otherwise why should it live? The next temporary inhabitant will leave, but the village will remain.
