Childhood and youth

An actor was born in the Moscow region, more precisely in the city of Shatura. His birth fell on the third of November 1941 - the very beginning of the Great Patriotic War. So the early childhood of future talent was not in the best conditions.

Nothing is known about the first family of Valery Ivanovich Tsvetkov.
