Viktor Pavlovich Pavlov - theater and film actor, Honored Artist of the RSFSR, People's Artist of Russia. This amazing person has played in his life more than 120 film roles and at the same time did not leave his job in the theater for a moment. A smile on his face, a cunning in his eyes - on the screen his heroes were often dishonorable, ill-mannered, acting out of conscience. In life, Viktor Pavlov always remained an honest, incredibly sensitive, kind person. He loved the work that he did, loved and respected the viewer, to whom at every performance he gave all of himself without a trace.
Childhood
The biography of actor Victor Pavlov begins his countdown in October 1940. The artist was born in Moscow. Little Vita was not lucky: his early childhood fell on the war years, so only shabby memories of hunger, deprivation and the heavy atmosphere prevailing around him were preserved in his memory.
The only joyful fragment, which, like a bright spot among the black hopeless veil, flashed in my mind every now and then, was the return of my father from the war. This episode, one of the most important in life, forever engraved in the memory of a little boy. From this main episode, dreams and aspirations began for a new life, for a brighter future - peaceful and happy.
I must say, Victor Pavlov, whose biography is described in the article, grew up in an atmosphere of love and parental care. The post-war period was a special time, however, for Pavlov it was associated primarily with a carefree childhood, when he and his friends from his yard drove his own hand-assembled bicycle, disappeared for days on a dovecote, and visited the theater. Passion for the theater came about thanks to his father - a primary school student, the boy became a regular at the Moscow Art Theater, at the Vakhtangov Theater. And the actor carried the love of birds through his whole life.
Acting Path
As a teenager, Viktor Pavlov not only indifferently contemplated the play of other actors, but also, thanks to classes in the drama circle of his native comprehensive school, he himself got used to the characters' images on stage. The first role of the young actor was very comical - the boy, smeared with shoe polish, played a Negro woman, thereby causing the delight and laughter of classmates. This role he was then remembered for a long time.
Passion for the theater occupied an important place in the life of Viktor Pavlov, however, in addition to art, it was necessary to think about tomorrow and care first of all not about spiritual, but about bodily food. The time was not easy, the family lived hard, it was necessary to survive. At the age of sixteen, the future actor Viktor Pavlov went to the factory as a mechanic. But the young man did not abandon his studies: simultaneously with work in the evening, he received education at a school for working youth.
The fateful in the biography of Pavlov was his meeting with the director of the Moscow Art Theater, Vadim Nikolayevich Bogomolov, who became the first teacher for the actor. Their meeting took place in a drama club based on the base of the Teacher’s House. Later, Bogomolov supported Viktor Pavlovich in his desire to become an actor. In 1959, Viktor Pavlov was enrolled in the ranks of students of the Shchepkin School.
Studying and working on the stage
Studying became an incredible outlet for a man, which not only brought pleasure, but also made him work constantly, with a strain - the course leader Annenkov demanded that the students give full dedication in the classes. Situated to the learning process and amazing creative atmosphere on the course. Pavlov’s classmates were prominent personalities of the actor’s brotherhood - Mikhail Kononov, Vitaly Solomin, Oleg Dal.
The filmography of Victor Pavlov began with the film "On the Seven Winds" of the Soviet film director Stanislav Rostotsky. As a third-year student, the artist played the role of a soldier Mitya Ogoltsov in the film.
In 1963, after graduation in "Sliver", the newly-minted actor Viktor Pavlov was enrolled in the troupe of the Sovremennik Theater, where he almost immediately gained the respect and recognition of his colleagues in the workshop with his personality, sense of taste and style.
Two years later, Viktor Pavlovich moved to the Yermolova Theater, where he worked until 1969. Further in the creative biography of the actor was the Mayakovsky Theater, to which Pavlov gave six years of his life. Then, from 1975 to 1985, there was work at the State Academic Maly Theater; from 1985 to 1990 - at the Yermolova Theater. And since 1990, Viktor Pavlov again worked on the stage of the State Academic Maly Theater until the last days of his life.
Learning Memories
In an interview, Viktor Pavlov mentioned that in childhood he did not dream of becoming an artist, but he always considered his choice of profession to be conscious and did not regret it at all. The actor said that he often tried to live in good conscience and not worry about what was done. The actor invariably adhered to this principle throughout his life. For example, in the entrance exams at the Shchepkin School, the future actor Viktor Pavlov dared to read the works of Esenin and Severyanin, forbidden at that time.
After the words: “... make noise, spring oak forests!” Grow grass! Blossom, lilac! There is no culprit: all people are right on such a blessed day! ” young Pavlov crossed himself. The admissions committee was numb, but no one said a word in reproach to the bold act of the future student. Teachers appreciated the choice of Pavlov.
They say a talented person is talented in everything. This applies to Viktor Pavlovich. In the third year of the institute, the actor began to have problems with his voice - nodules were found on the ligaments, Pavlov was not certified. After the operation, the voice restored very slowly, and the young man was seriously afraid that he could not continue acting. But the theater became for him one of the meanings of being. Victor Pavlov very vaguely imagined his own existence without theatrical life. His biography as an actor could end there.
About the theater
In order not to part with his "native home", the artist decided to play it safe - he graduated from make-up courses at the makeup department. And this craft, I must say, the young man argued very well. However, it did not become the main form of earnings, fortunately.
In general, discussing the working atmosphere in the theater and interpersonal relations in the troupe, Pavlov argued that mutual respect is the key to a pleasant and comfortable work. This is one of the fundamental, indisputable truths. “... Life in every theater should be warmed by love. As long as there is love, it is worth staying there. Once love ends, you cannot cohabit. We must go where they are waiting for you ... "
Birds - healers of the soul
And although in the life of an actor, a favorite profession occupied one of the main places, it did not always bring only joy. She also had a flip side. It happened that when they met an actor on the street, people did not always correctly speak out about the characters created by Pavlov on the television screen - it became insulting, unpleasant, bitter. At such moments, Viktor Pavlovich preferred to be alone or share his sorrows with birds.
In the attic of the Moscow Academic Maly Theater, actor Viktor Pavlov raised pigeons, mainly Moscow Ostankino white breed. The man often loved to fly birds into the sky and, looking at the soaring birds, imagined that they were the souls of the departed actors. The artist frankly stated that he was liberating with the birds, splashing out all negative energy in communication with them.
In general, the bird market was a favorite place of Viktor Pavlov in Moscow. The actor was known and loved by all sellers; he was a regular customer in the market. Each time, appearing there, the artist bought himself a couple of new friends.
About Parents
Victor Pavlov was a very interesting conversationalist, and in his stories there were always notes of playfulness. He tried to treat life with humor. For example, when people recognized Pavlov in the crowd and tried to communicate with him, he often made fun of fans and did not immediately admit that he was he.
Victor Pavlovich, with a smile that was not hidden on his face, spoke about his parents and why he was born in Moscow, although the actor’s parents were from Irkutsk. At the moment when the Pavlovs couple found out about the imminent appearance of a child in the family, the mother of the future actor actually forced her husband to move to the capital. The woman said she wants the child to be a Muscovite.
By the way, the actor’s parents were wonderful people. Pavlov’s father, however, did not consider his son’s profession to be real and reliable. Constantly persuaded the young man to say goodbye to acting and enter the agricultural academy. The man was the deputy minister of agriculture.
Mom Victor Pavlovich loved and always obeyed. She was a very good gynecologist, and part-time a beautiful and vibrant woman. Pavlova loved to repeat to her son that the profession of an artist is complex, requiring close attention from others, especially women. Mom did not advise the actor to have lovers, saying that this is only empty chores. The woman recommended Viktor Pavlov to seek her true love and assured that she (love) is in the world. Indeed, in his student years, Viktor Pavlov met his future wife - actress Tatyana Govorova, with whom he lived soul to soul for many years.

At some point, the conflict went so far that the film was in jeopardy. Only thanks to the persuasion of Viktor Pavlov was it possible to solve the current situation peacefully.
