But wasp stings can provoke a much more complicated condition in a small percentage of people. In this case, immediate assistance from specialists is required. In such people, after a very short time from the moment of the bite, they appear:

- pain in the chest area;

- wheezing;

- difficulty in swallowing;

- slurred speech ;

- dizziness;

- shortness of breath.

The most dangerous are multiple bites of wasps. At the same time, a large amount of strong toxins gets into the blood of a person. This can cause severe poisoning of the body and even death. No less dangerous bites for people with acute individual intolerance. A severe allergic reaction can cause anaphylactic shock. But do not relax, even if no complications on sting insect toxins have been previously observed. If the bite was in the neck or tongue, then there is a risk of laryngeal edema. This entails asphyxiation and, as a consequence, death.

It is very important to know what needs to be done after the insect has stung. Is there a reliable cure for a wasp sting? Is it necessary to seek qualified medical help? If there is only one bite on the body, then, as a rule, a slight swelling and redness is observed. Of course, there are painful sensations, but in this case only primary treatment will be sufficient. The bites of all stinging insects are usually treated at home. To do this, you need to know the action algorithm for such situations. Firstly, it’s better not to disturb the place where the wasp sting was. The sting, if it is, of course, left, is carefully removed with tweezers. The wound is treated with peroxide or iodine. You can make a small compress from a weak solution of potassium permanganate. In order to relieve swelling, you can attach a heating pad with cold water or a napkin with ice wrapped in it. It will not be superfluous to take antihistamines. In most cases, these simple procedures are sufficient. But if the body has more than one bite or symptoms of intoxication are observed, urgent medical attention is needed.
