Wilma Kutaviciute was born in a creative family on June 15, 1988. Her hometown is Vilnius. The grandfather of the future actress - the famous Lithuanian composer Brunos Kutavičius, wrote music for films. My father was a successful jazz musician, and the only member of the family who is not related to music is Wilma's mother. She worked as a doctor. The composer's granddaughter and the jazzman’s daughter had to become a musician, and her parents enrolled the baby in a music school. At the age of eight, Wilma got her first role - the role of a sick girl. The child happily ran to the shooting, skipping music school, and the father realized that his daughter could not become a pianist.
Decision to become an actress
At school, relations with peers did not develop very well - classmates called the girl ugly, which is why she suffered greatly. The girl wrote poetry, she liked to play with words. In 9th grade, Wilma’s acting abilities first appeared, and she played her first real role in the short film “I Am Seventeen”. After that, the girl firmly decided that she would become an actress and, despite the protests of her relatives, left for Moscow. In just two years, Wilma learned the Russian language, which before that she did not know a word.

In 2008, a talented girl entered the Russian Academy of Theater Arts at the directing department. Wilma Kutavichyute got into the workshop of Leonid Heifetz. Wilma's first theatrical works happened back in his student days. She played Odintsova in the production of Fathers and Sons by Turgenev, Jenny-Malina in the play The Three-Penny Opera by Berthold Brecht, and also Wilma got the main role in the play Freken Julie. After graduating from RATI, the young artist began to study with the famous Lithuanian director Eymuntas Nyakroshyus, playing on the stage of the Meno Fortas theater (“Fort of Arts”) created by him. The first film role took place with Wilma in 2011. The girl played one of the main roles in the short film "Porn-melodrama."
