The technological map of the physical education lesson must indicate the type of lesson. In the proposed example, we consider a lesson in the application of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Venue: sports hall of an educational organization. The technological map of the physical education lesson indicates the materials and equipment necessary for the lesson. For the lesson you will need volleyballs, a whistle, a net, a stopwatch, as well as gymnastic mats.
Class progress
What should the technological maps of physical education lessons contain? Volleyball is a game that requires coordination of participants, speed of reaction. That is why at the beginning of the lesson, the teacher plans a warm-up, the purpose of which is to set the students in the game.
About a quarter of the entire lesson is assigned to the preparatory part. The guys line up in one line, the teacher tells them the content of the lesson. The guys behind the guiding student move around the hall on toes, arms raised high. Then rolls from heel to toe are performed, go on the outside of the foot. During this task, the teacher pays special attention to the posture of students, as well as the ability to keep distance while walking.
Also, a slow run with added steps is included in the warm-up. During the run, the teacher controls the height of the thigh, the location of the body, the correct setting of the leg. The final element of the warm-up is exercises aimed at restoring normal breathing. Schoolchildren perform rotation with their shoulders and torso, make head movements and squats with a straight body.
Then the guys are divided into pairs, they practice the technique of supplying the ball from above and below. After completing this exercise (2-3 minutes), the class is divided into teams, skills are developed during an active game of volleyball.
At the end of the lesson, the technological map of which was given in the article, the teacher summarizes the results, notes those students who were successful during the lesson, voices the grades and puts them in the journal.
