In addition to the school medical record, information on preventive vaccinations is duplicated in the registration card of the district women's consultation (for girls) and the district military registration and enlistment office (for boys). As for the documents stored by the person himself, several decades ago, another form of registration of vaccine prevention appeared - a vaccination certificate. This vaccination history is stored in medical facilities.

What is it for? ” From the moment of approval, it is issued to each child who first visited the vaccination room of the clinic. And it already contains data on prevention from the hospital.
