To determine the production capacity of the system, there are also various methods that allow us to predict the possible production volumes for each enterprise.

For a new enterprise, it is necessary to solve many issues related to such a serious subject as the organization of production at the enterprise. Wanting to maximize profit, you need to consider many factors, and for this you need to predict the future situation.

Such a forecast can be carried out independently, applying all existing rules and taking into account the variety of factors. It is not necessary to mention that such a forecast is characterized by a high degree of laboriousness. And the more accurate the results are planned to be obtained, the more efforts will have to be spent.

There is a simpler method for creating a predictable production system - the simulation method. This method allows you to create a virtual production system using a computer, but the material costs are very high.

Therefore, the organization of production at the enterprise occupies a key place in management activities, and each manager must choose for himself the most suitable management method.
