"Tumor" is a term that drives most people into a stupor. However, recall that tumors are evil and benign. Hemangiomas are precisely the latter. They appear due to the modification of blood vessels. Moreover, violations of their development occur in the child before birth, inside the mother. Roughly speaking, the vessels begin to grow excessively, and hemangioma is formed.
