They have fresh water by nature. Previously, people used the liquid that falls from the sky, that is, rains and snows.
Many scientists are still arguing about the origin of water on planet Earth. Geologists have put forward their version, it is that once a very long time ago, millions of years ago, our planet was attacked by huge comets and asteroids. They, according to geologists, contained water. And that is how the deep oceans appeared on Earth.
