The meaning of the diet is to consume a large number of vegetables and dairy products with a low percentage of fat content.

Protasov diet is designed for thirty-five days. The first two weeks you should include raw vegetables in your diet, without necessarily adding vegetable oil. By the way, the consumption of raw vegetables helps to saturate the body with essential vitamins. Moreover, vegetables with such a diet can and should be eaten in large quantities. In the same 14 days it is necessary to consume various dairy products, the fat content of which is from 4% to 6% (yogurts, cheese, kefir, cottage cheese). When buying yogurts, please note that they should not contain sugar and various fruit additives. If you follow the Protasov diet, then you need to eat one boiled egg and three green apples daily. It is advisable to eat apples during the day with the main meal. The amount of fluid consumed per day should be at least two liters, including tea or coffee. It is very important to limit sugar and salt, until they are completely excluded for the duration of the diet.

Next comes the time for meat, fish and vegetables again. On the remaining 21 days of the diet, in addition to dairy products and vegetables, add chicken, seafood, lean meat to your diet, not exceeding 300 grams per day.

Basically, weight loss with such a diet is in the last two weeks. After five weeks, you can replace apples with other fruits, and dress salads with oil. Ideal would be to limit yourself in fat intake to 35 grams per day.

Cheese salad seasoned with yogurt is an excellent dish with the Protas diet. Also mixed cheese, herbs, garlic and lemon juice, added yogurt. If such a salad is laid out on tomatoes, cut into circles, it will also be beautiful.

You can make a sauce of kefir, garlic, salt and black pepper. In this sauce, dip different chopped vegetables.
