Every woman wants to have soft, soft and silky skin. As you know, over time, the skin is covered with hundreds of dead cells, due to which coarsening and roughness appear. In principle, there is no escape from this, because some cells die off, and they are replaced by younger ones. But dead cells themselves cannot disappear from the skin; they can be eliminated only by special means. The procedure, which cleanses the skin from unnecessary ballast, is called peeling, which is translated from English as โpeeling off the peelโ.
This procedure is probably known to all women, and yet I will talk about it in more detail. There are four main types of peeling: chemical, mechanical, laser and vacuum. For all these procedures, you will have to go to a beauty salon, however, mechanical peeling at home will not be difficult to do. All that is needed for this is a special tool called a scrub. Scrub is a cosmetic product, which includes small artificial or natural look. For example, crushed blueberries and apricots, nuts, particles of sand, and also special wax can serve as an exemplary substance. These are by no means all those products from which a scrub can be made.
Peeling at home can be carried out using purchased scrubs, as well as those made from homemade products. Going to the store to choose a peeling product, you need to pay attention to the following: the scrub should be selected according to the type of skin of the body and face. What is suitable for dry skin can aggravate oily skin, etc. Body peeling can also be carried out by larger particles, but a facial scrub should consist only of small, forming particles.
Whatever scrub is purchased at the store, it will still consist of chemicals. But peeling at home can be more useful if you prepare a scrub yourself. But before I give you some useful recipes, Iโll tell you a little about the rules of peeling.
Before you apply an exfoliating product to the skin , it must be cleaned of cosmetic residues and washed with warm water. If there are acne on the face, then the procedure will have to be postponed. But those who do not manage to defeat acne in any way should generally refuse peeling. Thus, peeling is carried out only on healthy skin. Also, it should not have wounds, cuts and inflammatory areas. Otherwise, you can aggravate the situation and bring any infection. Holders of dry skin should peel once every two weeks, and oily skin - up to two times a week.
Well, now directly the recipes for home scrubs themselves:
Oat face scrub
A couple of spoons of vegetable oil must be mixed with chopped oatmeal until a thick slurry is obtained. Apply the mixture to the skin, massage it and wash off with warm water. This scrub is ideal for sensitive and dry skin.
Oily skin scrub
Mix 10 grams of baker's yeast with 1 tsp of lemon juice. Put the mixture for a couple of minutes in warm water, then add a pinch of salt, mix everything well and apply in massaging movements on the skin. Wash off with warm water.
Coffee Body Scrub
From myself, I personally want to note the effectiveness of coffee scrub. It is prepared very simply. In a shower gel, you need to add a small amount of ground insoluble coffee and apply all this to the skin. Rub for 5 minutes and then rinse. Most of all, such a peeling at home will be useful for problem areas, which, in addition to keratinized cells, have cellulite and stretch marks.
Fruit scrub
To make fruit peeling at home, you can try the following: knead a few pieces of strawberries in a plate, add a few drops of almond oil and a little honey to it. Massage the skin for several minutes, then rinse under the shower.
