Today, the art of tattooing is developed more than ever. Tattoo parlors are open in almost all major cities. Any adult who is willing to pay for this procedure can get his own body-like pattern. Ideally, a tattoo should be an organic complement to the image and delight its owner until the end of his days. But in practice, often there are unsuccessful tattoos that not only do not bring pleasant emotions, but can seriously ruin the life of its owner.
What is a partak?
It is worth noting that unsuccessful tattoos can be divided into two categories:
1) poorly executed;
2) ugly or simply bored.
In the first case, we are talking about "partakas" - that's what unsuccessful tattoos are called in their jargon by masters and everyone who is fond of the art of applying wearable images. This term is suitable to refer to all ugly tattoos, when the conceived picture looks distorted, and sometimes frankly not aesthetic. Where do the "partaks" come from? There are several options: insufficient qualifications or inexperience of the master, the use of low-quality equipment and paints, improper skin care during the healing period. People who are tired of the image on their body often want to get a tattoo. It is for this reason that psychologists advise thinking three times (or better, within a few months): do you really want to wear the selected image all your life?
“Cover up”: overlapping boring tattoos
So what to do if you have a bad tattoo and want to get rid of it? You should start with a visit to a good tattoo parlor. One of the easiest correction options is “cover up” (“new work over old”). It's about blocking your existing tattoo with a new one. If your unsuccessful tattoos just didn’t make you feel any better, you can try to agree on minor changes to the pattern. However, few masters like to finish other people's drawings, and it is quite possible that you will have to spend some time looking for a specialist who agrees to help.
Can a tattoo be removed?
Tattoo mixing is a procedure that about 30 percent of tattoo owners record. It is really possible to completely remove pigment from the skin. Today, there are two options: laser and surgical removal. In the first case, unsuccessful tattoos are literally burned out of the skin layers using a special medical device with a laser. Surgical removal is an obsolete method, which involves cutting out whole layers of skin along with a tattoo. It is worth noting that with any
removal of the tattoo , complications are possible. Moreover, tattoo removal is not a cheap procedure, and after its completion, most likely, scars will remain.
